WHISKEY GENESIS

Our Single Malt Whiskey journey began in a unique way—through our Non-Alcoholic beer program. We send our alcoholic beer through vacuum distillation to gently remove the alcohol, a process that has resulted in award-winning Non-Alcoholic Barrel Brothers beers (humble brag). The alcohol that was removed was stored in totes, and the alcohol stockpile started to expand. So we asked ourselves, “what should we do with all of this booze?”…

WHISKEY PROCESS

We didn’t just buy a bunch of generic bulk whiskey and put our name on it. We utilized our vacuum distillation technology in conjunction with our pot still (pictured) and carefully distilled the alcohol at ambient temperatures to preserve maximum malt flavor. That distillate was then added to premium oak barrels and aged to perfection.
