Here are the steps we take to make our high-quality spirits. They go hand-in-hand with the image displayed:
Brew, ferment and carbonate a batch of alcoholic beer.
Run that batch through our magical GoLo, where it gently separates the alcohol from the alcoholic beer but still maintains its original essence (aroma & flavor).
Once beer and alcohol are separated, the beer goes on to become one of our mind-blowing non-alcoholic beers and the alcohol comes out as super clean, high ABV grain alcohol. The proof of the alcohol can be modified as we desire.
