Our local take on a cocktail from across the pond, the Sonoma Bramble is a juicy, herbaceous beverage that evokes the senses, bringing forth smells and flavors of hiking through areas of Sonoma County. The star of the show is blackberry & rosemary, and the dry juniper helps to balance out the bold fruitiness and adds to the depth of flavor.
A fruity and tropical twist on a timeless cocktail with complexity that will surprise you. Makrut lime leaves are infused into our double distilled vodka to give it unique, citrusy, tropical flavors that play off the big round flavor of cranberry to envelope your senses.
A bright, floral & crisp take on a classic. The addition of the Orange Blossom Water elevates this cocktail with a nice rounding and beautiful floral note that plays with the lemon juice to smell like a beautiful citrusy bouquet. Add in some carbonation and this cocktail comes to life with a tart, floral pucker. Crafted to be light and crushable.
