Job Position: Marketing Manager/Marketing Team Lead.

Barrel Brothers Brewing Company is a production-scale craft brewery and distillery in the town of Windsor CA Founded in 2015.  Barrel Brothers is an innovation-focused company that prides itself on its quick “innovation-to-customer product cycles.” A dynamic and flexible beverage brand rooted in the stability of the local craft beer industry, utilizing unique industry equipment.  Barrel Brothers has broadened its focus to pursue other product channels beyond conventional craft beer, particularly in the craft non-alcoholic (NA), ready-to-drink cocktail (RTD) and spirits space.  Barrel Brothers looks to add new production and retail infrastructure in 2022.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and drive marketing strategy and develop short and long-term marketing campaigns, product launches, budgets, and goals for the wholesale and retail channels of all Barrel Brothers Brands

  • Organize marketing that consistently delivers results and accomplishes company objectives

  • Execute the marketing strategy and assets while staying nimble and goal-oriented

  • Own marketing budget tracking and drive department and campaign performance, KPIs, and metrics, aligning tactics with key results and keeping big picture ROI top of mind

  • Work consistently with marketing team members to maintain consistent brand foundation and identity

  • Plan and execute the correct channel strategy (including digital, social, influencer, PR, and more) based on where the company is today, as well as thinking several steps ahead

  • Evaluate and execute new marketing opportunities that are presented to the brand

  • Develop volume and velocity driving programs, relying on your creativity, smarts, talent, and resourcefulness to make a big impact on the business

  • Design market research (a/b testing, focus groups, social media research, etc.) that allow continued learning and optimization across targeting, product, messaging, etc.

  • Engage cross functionally with sales, operations, graphic design and other departments to proactively plan marketing support, determine channel mix, and accomplish company-wide goals

  • Stay informed of the best marketing options, leveraging data to unlock opportunities now and in the future

  • Work cross-functionally to build a premium / ultra premium brand(s)

  • Identify and create solutions to problems, take deep ownership, and keep a positive attitude

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or related field.

  • 3-5 years of relevant product marketing and leadership experience working with consumer-facing brands in the CPG space.  Successful start-up experience a plus.
